§  170,000 sq. ft. remote diagnostics / distribution center in France.

§  300,000 sq. ft. engineering design center associated with a LSI microchip manufacturing facility in Massachusetts.

§  77,000 sq. ft. office / R&D and a 40,000 sq. ft. process intensive clean room expansion in Massachusetts.

§  187,000 sq. ft. office and data center in San Jose, California.

§  110,000 sq. ft. adaptive re-use and conversion, from manufacturing to Class A office-engineering / R&D in San Jose, California.

§  Established a four-phase location and site selection process that, in addition to the typical real estate criteria, includes various demographic variables such as general business, government and legal considerations, employment and other social/economic criteria.

§  Developed business-integrated location strategies and real estate action plans that kept pace with and responded to the ever changing and growing requirements of major corporations.

§  Established a telecommuting / home office program for a Hi-tech company including a system for “hoteling” and an easy-to-use home office furniture guide.

§  Due diligence, real estate, and related matters for three complex corporate mergers and acquisitions, all involving significant international locations.
